>>Transmission fluid temperatureသည္
158° F -176°F ( 70°C ႏွင့္ 80°C ) operation temperatureေရာက္ေအာင္စက္ႏိႈးထားျပီးမွ
Hydraulic pressure test ကိုစမ္းသပ္ရပါမည္

>> transmissionရဲ  ့line pressure test port မွာ
pressure guageကို တပ္ဆင္ ပါ

>> ဘီးေလးဘီးလံုးကို wheel stopper (ဂ်မ္းတံုး) ခံထား
ျပီးေတာ့ ပိုေသခ်ာေအာင္ handbrake ဆြဲထား

>> Engine ကိုစက္ႏိႈး rpmကို idle အေနအထားမွာဘဲထား
brakeနင္း ထားျပီး ဂီယာ pisitionကို D မွာထားျပီး
idleအေျခအေနမွာ line pessureကိုမွတ္ထားပါ

>>  ဂီယာ position ကို D မွာထားျပီး Engine ကို stall speedအေနအထားေရာက္ေအာင္လုပ္ျပီး  line pressureကို မွတ္ထားပါ

>> ဒီတစိခါ  gear position  R ( Reverse Gear ) မွားထားမယ္Engine ကိုစက္ႏိႈး rpmကို idle အေနအထားမွာဘဲထား
brakeနင္း ထားျပီး ဂီယာ pisitionကို R မွာထားျပီး
idleအေျခအေနမွာ line pessureကိုမွတ္ထားပါ

stall speedအေနအထားမွာလည္း Line pressureကိုမွတ္သားထားပါ

kilopascal နဲ ့ ဆို 520kpa  - 600kpa
Idle speedရဲ  ့R positionမွာဆို  115 psi - 132 psi
790kpa - 910kpaျကားမွာ standard အေနနဲ ့ရိွရမယ္

stall speed ရဲ ့D position မွာဆို 160psi -189 psi
(1100kpa -1300kpa) ျကားမွာရိွေနျပီး stall speedရဲ ့
R positionမွာဆို  232 psi -290 psi ( 1600kpa -2000kpa ) ျကားမွာရိွေနရမည္ ။

line pressureသည္ position (D , R )ႏွစ္မ်္ဳးလံုးမွာ
သတ္မွတ္တန္ဖိုးထက္ နည္းေနလ်ွင္
စစ္ေဆးရမည္အပိုင္းေတြကေတာ့ oil pump

Line pressure သည္  D  position တစ္ခုတည္းမွာ
သတ္မွတ္တန္ဖိုးထက္နည္းေနလ်ွင္  စစ္ေဆးရမည့္အပိုင္းကေတာ့ Forward clutch or OD clutch or Fluid ယိုစိမ့္မႈရိွမရိွ စစ္ေဆးပါ

Line pressure သည္ R position တစိခုတည္းမွာနည္းေနလ်ွင္ စစ္ေဆးရမည့္အပိုင္းေတြကေတာ့
Direct clutch ဒါမဟုတ္ Fluid ယိုစိမ့္မႈရိွမရိွ စစ္ေဆး R position circuit ကိုစစ္ေဆးျကညိ့ပါ

Transmission stall test စမ္းနည္း

>>ပထမဆံုး Transmission fluid ကိုသတ္မွတ္အခ်ိန္ေရာက္ေအာင္ စက္ႏိႈးထားပါ
stall testစမ္းရင္သတိထားရမွာက 5 second ထက္ပိုျကာေအာက္ မစမ္းသပ္ပါနဲ ့

>> wheelေလးဘီးလံုးကို wheel stopper ခံထား
brake နင္းထား gear postionကို D ထိုး
lever ကို 5 second ေလာက္အဆံုးထိ နင္း
အဲ့ဒိအခ်ိန္မွာ RPM ကိုျကည့္လိုက္ပါ ( 5 second ထက္မပို ့ေစနဲ ့)

Stall speed rpm သည္ (2200-2600)ျကားရိွေနလိမ့္မယ္
Gear ကို R positionမွာထားျပီ းအေပၚမွာ ေျပာထားတဲ့
procedure အတိုင္းထပ္စမ္းျကည့္မယ္ rpmကိုမွတ္ထားလိုက္ပါ

gear position ႏွစ္ခုလံုးမွာ Engine speed rpm သည္
သတ္မွတ္တန္ဖိုးထက္နည္းေနလ်ွင္
startor one way clutch မွာျပသနာရိွေနပါျပီ
D positionတစ္ခုထဲမွာ stall speedသည္ သတ္မွတ္ rpmထက္ မ်ားေနလ်ွင္  line pressure ျကေနပါျပီ
Forward clutch slippingျဖစ္ေနျပီ  one -way clutch no:2 မွာျပသာနာရိွေနပါျပီ

R position တစ္ခုထဲမွာ သတ္မွတ္တန္ဖိုး stall speed rpmထက္မ်ားေနလ်ွင္  စစ္ေဆးရမည့္အပိုင္းေတြကေတာ့
Direct clutch . line pressure တို ့စစ္ေဆးပါ

gear position (D and R ) ႏွစ္ခုလံုးမွာ Engine speed rpm သည္

parking ထိုးထား wheel stopperခံထား   brake နင္းထားgear ကို
D  or L or 2  ထားျပီး lever ကို slowly ေျဖးေျဖးခ်င္း 5 second အတြင္းအဆံုးထိနင္းRPM 2000 ဝန္းက်င္မွာ ရိွေနရင္ gear boxေကာင္းတယ္လို ့ယူဆလို ့ရပါတယ္
