​ေမာ္​တာ ဒါမွမဟုပ္​ pump ​ေတြတခုခုျဖစ္​သြားရင္​ basic step by step checking

motor တစ္ခုခုျဖစ္ရင္ ကိုယ့္ image မက်ေအာင္  လုပ္နုိင္ဖို႕အတြက္  အလြယ္တကူ စစ္လို႕ရနုိင္တဲ႕ basic  step by step checking ေတြကို တင္ျပပါတယ္ အေသးစိပ္မဟုတ္တဲ႔ အတြက္ လိုအပ္တာေလးေတြကို comment မွာ sharing လုပ္ျပီး ေဆြးေႏြးၾကပါလို႕  ဖိတ္ေခၚပါတယ္

motor fail ျဖစ္သြားရင္ working  motor ဆိုရင္ အရင္ဆံုး power ပိတ္ခ်ပါ  disconnect လုပ္ပါ( fuse or breaker etc..)
1- check  the outside of the motor
motor fail ျဖစ္တာဟာ  electric shock ျဖစ္လို႕ ျဖစ္နုိင္ပါတယ္ overloading လဲ ျဖစ္နုိင္တယ္  ဒါေၾကာင့္ motorရဲ႕  အျပင္ဘက္ body ကို  စစ္ၾကည့္ရပါမယ္  mounting part ေတြ ပ်က္စီးလား  motor ရဲ႕ အလယ္ပိုင္းမွာ မဲေနလား တစ္ခုခု motor အတြင္းပိုင္းထဲ ေရာက္ေနလား  စစ္ၾကည့္ပါ
2- check the nameplate on the motor
manufacture's name,  model and serial number, RPM , hp,wiring diagram, voltage, current, frame style, type    တတ္နုိင္သမွ် information အားလံုး မွတ္ထားပါ အသစ္မွာရမယ္ဆို
စက္ခ်ဳပ္ကို အခ်က္လက္ေပးနုိင္ေအာင္ပါ
3- check the bearing of the motor
motor failures ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားဟာ bearing failures ေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္တာမ်ားပါတယ္  motor အစြန္းတစ္ဖက္ဆီမွာ  bearing တစ္ခုစီ ေပါင္း နွစ္ခု ရွိပါတယ္  motor ရဲ႕ rotor / shaft ကို လက္နဲ႔ လွည့္ၾကည့္ပါ  freely ကိုၾကည့္ပါ smoothly လား တစ္ခုခု ထစ္ေနလား   အသံၾကားရလား   စစ္ၾကည့္ပါ
motor shaft ကို  ေရွ႕  တိုးေနာက္ဆုတ္  ဆဲြၾကည့္ပါ  နဲနဲ ေလး ေရႊ႕ ပါတယ္ စစ္ၾကည့္ပါ မရရင္ မေကာင္းပါ
4-  check the winding for short circuiting to the frame
motor အမ်ားစုဟာ short circuiting ျဖစ္ရင္ failures ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ဒါေၾကာင့္ fuse or trip circuit breaker ေတြကို စစ္ၾကည့္ပါ
ohm meter ကို သံုးျပီး resistance value ကို တိုင္းၾကည့္ပါ  meterက လက္တံနဲ႕ ဆို zero setting လုပ္ဖို႕မေမ့နဲ႕ေနာ္  digitalဆို မလိုပါဘူး
- check that the winding are not open or blown
single phase or 3 phase motor ေတြကို ohms meter သံုးျပီ lowest (R × 1 ) range ကို change ျပီး motor leads ၾကားက resistance ကို တိုင္းနုိင္ပါတယ္
5- check the start capacitor used for starting motor
တခ်ိဳ႕   start or run လုပ္ဖို႕ capacitor ရွိတဲ႔ motor မွာ capacitor ေကာင္းမေကာင္း ohms meter နဲ႕စစ္ၾကည့္ပါ capacitor မေကာင္းရင္လဲ motor failures ျဖစ္နိုင္ပါတယ္   resistance ဟာ မတက္လာဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာ့  capacitor ကို replace လုပ္ရမွာပါ
6 - check the rear bell housing of the motor
တခ်ိဳ႕   rear bell housing ( centrifugal switch ) ကို သံုးတဲ႕ motor ေတြမွာ   rear bell housing ကို စစ္ရပါမယ္  contacts ေတြ ေကာင္းမေကာင္း ပါ
7- check the fan
motor fan ေတြ ညစ္ပတ္ေနမယ္  ၾကပ္ေနမယ္ တစ္ခုခု ျဖစ္ေနမယ္ဆိုရင္ motor overheat ျဖစ္ျပီး failures ျဖစ္နုိင္ပါတယ္
8- choose the right motor for the conditions
in which it will be run
motor ကို တပ္ဆင္အသံုးျပဳထားတဲ႕ ေနရာကို ၾကည့္ရပါမယ္  Motor type နဲ႕ သင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာ အေနအထား မွာ ရွိလား စို စြတ္ေနတဲ႔ ေနရာလား ေရေတြရွိေနလား စစ္ၾကည့္ရပါမယ္

အခုေျပာသြားတဲ႔  အခ်က္ 8 ခ်က္ဟာ အလြယ္နည္း action ယူနုိင္တဲ႔  အခ်က္အလက္ေတြျဖစ္ပါတယ္  ရုတ္တရက္  လူအမ်ားေရွ႕ မွာ  ကိုယ့္ image မက်ေအာင္ စစ္နိုင္ဖို႕ ရည္ရြယ္ပါတယ္ 
ဒီထပ္မက  အေသးစိပ္ ေလ့လာ ဖတ္ရႈ႕ နိုင္ဖို႕ လိုအပ္ပါတယ္ 
senior ေတြ အေနနဲ႕   လိုအပ္ခ်က္ေတြ မွားတာေလးေတြ ကို sharing လုပ္ေပးၾကပါလို႕     

က်ေနာ္တို႕ ကိုယ္တိုင္ၾကိဳးစား မွ  က်ေနာ္တို႕ အဆင္ေျပမွာပါ အကူညီေစာင့္ေနရင္   သူမ်ားေအာက္ေရာက္သြားမွာပါလို႕    ညီအကို ေတြကို တိုက္တြန္းပါတယ္
